We will ship all your orders the next day if the items are in stock. We usually have all the items in stock but on a rare occasion, we do run out and the items is on backorder. Also, some items do require a 2-3 week ship time so please check our web site for availability.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We will issue credit or replace any product that was damaged in shipment or otherwise defective. We cannot, by law, restock or resell any food or water products and therefore cannot return any products containing these items, except in the case of damage during shipping.
